Theater Schmeater continues their summer tradition of free family entertainment in Volunteer Park with CS Lewis’ The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe! Opening at the Seattle Outdoor Theater Festival, this two person, highly imaginative show adapted by le Clanche du Rand will be fun for the whole family.
Peter and Lucy will take you through the wardrobe, into the magical land of Narnia! The White Witch has created an endless winter, and Lucy and Peter team up to save Narnia from it’s cold fate. Meet Mr. Tumnus, Aslan and all the Pevensie children through the tour de force performance of just two actors. The inventive storytelling and short running time (50 minutes) are perfect for a sunny Seattle summer weekend!
Performances are free! Seating is outdoor festival style. Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets, low chairs and picnics!
